Oh ! I do love the blackbirds ! I used to have a pair here that were so tame and would come to my hands for grapes . I'm thrilled to have a Songthrush sitting in her nest in the Trachycarpus , I just hope the gales we're having don't scare her away . Simple pleasures eh ? ! That's what it's all about and makes me happy !
Since we changed the garden we have more blackbirds visiting.
