🪻Lavender 🪻

I had a lovely surprise this morning , on my way up to the greenhouse and I just happened to have my mobile phone with me .  I'm fairly new to using a mobile phone , so please be kind and forgive the creakiness , heavy breathing and the sound of the gale that is still blowing here right now . 🦌

Always a joy to see .....even though he has eaten my Brussel Sprout plants and chomped two big holes  through the net covering to get to them too !

Yesterday , we drove over to Godolphin Manor , which is somewhat near Breage .

The weather is still being very strange , sunshine and extremely windy  .

We just went for a nice walk around the Elizabethan gardens ....

......and for a glorious barefoot walk around the soft meadow .

            Feels so nice ......

Around the back there are two medieval fish ponds .

Usually very squadgy  but now dried up and bone dry in the heat wave  .

I was able to jump in , so to speak and swim over to say hello and have a closer look at the beautiful wicker woven sculpture fish .

They are wonderful !

Had a little tree therapy .....

..........and a little more bare foot earthing .

It was a nice and gentle Sunday  💐☀️😊

🦌 Today , I am back in my gardening clothes .

I decided to take out all the French Beans and the Sweetcorn and replace them with Lavender .

These are the plug plants that I bought some time ago and are now big enough to be planted out .

🪻I just want masses and masses of lovely Lavender and a space in the middle to sit down and enjoy them in all their glory !   🪻🪻🪻

Maybe a space to lie down would be cool !

I decided to leave the beanpoles up and do beans again next year . Or maybe plant the Passion Flowers in here ....or maybe both !  🪻🪻🌺🪻🌿

Any hoo ...I am glad to have got these into the ground today . I am hoping for a little raincloud to come over and water them in for me , overnight would be good .  Just to settle them in . 🪻🪻🪻

                                        🪻🪻🪻 PEACE AND LOVE 🪻🪻🪻

                                                               🕊️☮️✌🏻

  1. Lovely surprise fortunately deer are not an animal that bothers our crops. We have no sign of any sweetcorn cobs yet
