Seriously though, I love the birds and welcome them into my garden . This beautiful raven has a nest up in the big pine tree on the other side of the garden .
She flies back and forth from there ,to the top of this tall fir tree, calling to her chicks to fly !
You are lucky! I used to love watching the ravens performing their acrobatic display flights when we lived in Wales but they never visited our garden.

ReplyDeleteWe enjoyed watching this pair of Ravens nesting in the pine tree , and wonderful to see the two fledglings . Every year the Buzzards try to take this nesting place ....but the Raven always wins . Most evenings there are Owls to be heard calling ..but I have yet to get a good photo of them .
