                  We went foraging for blackberries in the hedgerow !

   There are lots ready now and lots more to come after today's torrential rain .

A couple of cooking apples from our tree and into the cauldron they go !

10ounces plain flour ✨7ounces butter ✨5ounces soft brown sugar mixed with 2 ounces of demerara sugar .....all stirred up with a handful of oats .

Into the oven for 30-40 minutes......until it looks like this ...... Abracadabra  ✨

     ✨    Apple and Bubbling Blackberry Crumble ........where's the clotted cream ?
