...... also three slightly more unusual squash ..the name of which escapes me !
I am aching too much to do anything else today . It is going to be very hot again .
I gave all the plants a good drink . We really could do with some rain .

I was late sowing mine, they are just beginning to grow, I've never grown them before, should be fun.
ReplyDeleteButternuts are fun to grow☺️ and we love them ! 🌿 However I have now tried and failed twice with my Courgette seeds. Different seed companies....I've never failed with courgettes , they are usually so easy . I'm wondering if it has been something wrong with the compost I bought . I'm hoping to buy a couple of courgette plants in B+Q next time we go in and I 'll get them straight into the ground . Butternuts make lovely soup , mash or chopped up and roasted .
